Capstone Corporation (Capstone) is a well known U.S. Department of the Navy, other Department of Defense (DoD), and Homeland Security, Operations and Strategic Planning, Information Technology, Program Management, Infrastructure Support, and Assessment and Analysis services provider whose success is based on customer focus, responsiveness, and, above all, commitment to the Team. The Corporation was founded in 1986 by Mr. William J. Moore III as a part time Information Technology consulting business in response to a request for support by the Department of the Navy. Subsequently, Capstone was incorporated in the State of Virginia in 1986, accepted into the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program in 1991, and successfully graduated from the Program in March of 2000. The Corporate Headquarters is located in Alexandria, Virginia, and has business offices in Alexandria, Virginia; Virginia Beach, Virginia; Oak Ridge, Tennessee; and Charleston, South Carolina. From these regional offices, Capstone supports clients in the DoD; the Department of Energy; and the Department of Homeland Security.

Information Technology Solutions & Consulting, LLC (ITSC) is a woman-owned small business founded in March 2005 by Myong Jensen, a former private for profit and nonprofit industry Federal contract organization CEO, as an information technology (IT) professional services firm offering analytical and IT services to federal government and private sectors. ITSC provides a wide range of program/acquisition management, and management advisory and consulting services. The firm is currently working as a subcontractor to large defense contract corporations including Research Triangle Institute, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grummond. ITSC’s core competencies include: program management, enterprise architecture, metrics development and management, system engineering and analysis, quality assurance, strategic planning and implementation. The company is based in Virginia and is currently working on projects in that state and in Atlanta, Georgia.
